New form 23AC and 23ACA

In excercise of powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sunsection (1) of section 642 read with section 610(B) and section 220 of the Companies Act, 1956 the Central Government hereby makes the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms (Amnedment) Rules, 2011,  introducing new form 23AC and 23ACA.
