MVAT and CST

MVAT and CST departments has issued following trade circulars and notifications in the month of March.

1. Circular No. 9T of 2010 on Extension of date for applying CST declarations for the periods prior to 01.04.2008.

2. Circular no. 10T of 2010 making amendment to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 & Central Sales Tax(Bombay) Rules,1957

3. VAT-1510/CR 47/Taxation-1 Dt.10.03.2010 on increase in tax-Rate of C-schedule goods (except declared goods) from 4% to 5% from 1st April 2010
